Auction Note:  This auction features 172.5 acres of FSA crop land with the balance in pasture land and wetlands located in Slope & Dunn Counties.  The property has a lot of potential for pheasant, duck & deer hunting.

Legal:   NE ¼ 4-136-98 (Slope County)

Driving Directions:  Parcel One:  From New England, ND proceed west 6.5 miles on ND County RD #21 and then turn north on 126th Ave NE.  Proceed north on 126th Ave NE 6.5 miles.  This will bring you to the southeast corner of Parcel One.

Driving Directions:  Parcel Four:  From Richardton, ND proceed north 16 miles on Hwy # 8 to 15th St SW.  Turn left on 15th St. SW and go west 4 miles (the road curves south for one mile).  Proceed ¼ mile west on 15th St. SW and then go south on 92nd Ave SW.  This road goes into a rancher’s yard (Permission must be granted to use the road on the rancher’s property).  The road will bring you to the northeast corner of property.
